### Exciting Investment in SimScale

We are excited to announce our investment in Munich-based SimScale. SimScale makes complex engineering simulations, such as mechanical stress and fluid flows, available to anyone in the world with a web browser. These kinds of simulations were pioneered in the past.

### Investments that Take Time

### Investment in Clue

We are excited about our investment in Berlin-based Clue, which puts women around the world in charge of their fertility and their health more generally. Clue does this by offering a period tracker and fertility app. We have been pursuing this sector actively.

### Meeting Perry Chen

### Engaging in Public Policy

USV occasionally engages in debate on public policy issues that impact the freedom to innovate and the health of the web. During the past year, we have advocated in favor of the FCC's 2015 open internet rules (aka "net neutrality").
